The location of this hotel is great—it’s just a short walk from the beach and conveniently close to the surrounding area, including a grocery store. 🏖️.

The staff was friendly, so I would stay there again. I was happy with hotel's good location close to Portland. The guest room was comfy and beautiful, with central heating, flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. The bed was perfect; and there was bathtubs. Location: the property was short walk to the beach and surroundings of the old orchard beach area and the amusement park and ocean.

I had a great stay at The Gull Oceanfront Motel & Cottages. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants, an amusement park, and the beach. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, bathroom with a shower and towels, and a convenient kitchenette.
